    ARTICLE 2: THE CONTEST<\/b><\/p>\n

    This online short film contest is part of the LoveMyPalmOil campaign organised by the MPOC and IOI throughout 2019 to encourage the general public to instill national pride, awareness and a greater appreciation for Malaysian Palm Oil about its consequent benefits.     ARTICLE 3: CONTEST ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n

    The contest is open to all\u00a0Malaysian residents<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    Directors, officers and employees of MPOC and IOI as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries and joint-venture partners and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this contest.<\/p>\n

    Participation in the contest supposes unreserved acceptance of the present rules and all their provisions, as well as of all laws and regulations applicable to free contests. Failure to abide by the conditions set forth in these rules will result in automatic disqualification of the participant. Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of this contest may result in the immediate elimination of the person(s) involved.<\/p>\n

    Participants agree that the organisers may use their names and contact details for promotional or advertising purposes in perpetuity, without compensation or other due consideration.<\/p>\n

    Participants also agree that all personal information submitted may be collected and used. The information is only used for administrative purposes for the current contest and will not be used otherwise without their prior consent.<\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 4: STEPS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST<\/b><\/p>\n

    To enrol in this contest, participants must:<\/p>\n

    2. Make a short film of ANY genre no longer than 90 seconds with a minimum of 60 seconds.<\/li>\n
    3. Submit their videos and in doing so validate acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the contest.<\/li>\n
    4. Share your support for your friends (or not) by voting for their short film. May the best idea thrive!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      ARTICLE 5: SELECTION OF THE WINNERS<\/b><\/p>\n

      Participants will have no limitations on the number of video submissions.<\/p>\n

      Entries received after 28th July 2019 will not be counted in the winners\u2019 selection process. \u00a0<\/p>\n

      Selection of all winners will be calculated by the following means:<\/p>\n

      60% by a panel of professional judges<\/b><\/p>\n

      40% by online voting<\/strong><\/p>\n

      In the event that a winner, for whatever reason(s) or circumstance(s), is unable to accept their prize, the organiser will exercise full discretion to identify a replacement winner. If the notice given to the organiser is too brief, the organiser has the right not to proceed with identifying a replacement winner.<\/p>\n

      All decisions made by the panel of judges will be final and subject to their discretion.<\/p>\n
