Malaysian Residents Only
This contest is open to all Malaysian Residents of all ages and backgrounds.
Genre
All genres are accepted
(i.e. Animation, Comedy, Documentary, Horror, Live-Action, LITERALLY ANYTHING!)
*but please no commercially valued or pornographic material*
Running Time
90 seconds or under, minimum of 60 seconds. No exceptions. End credits not required but should be submitted via the relevant video submission form for the contest.
Production Year
The film must have been produced after
May 1, 2019.
Language
All languages are allowed. English subtitles required for submissions with languages other than English.
Formats
Videos should be in mp4. H.264 codec, HD (Hi-Res) 1920 x 1080
SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
- Visit our Facebook Event page and click on ‘going’ to get firsthand updates.
- Make a short film of ANY genre no longer than 90 seconds with a minimum of 60 seconds.
- Your video must be submitted/uploaded via the submission links below along with a one-page treatment (view samples).
- Be sure to come back to the site on 1st July to 31st July 2019 to vote. Public voting consist of 40% of your overall score, whilst 60% is by the professional panel of Judges. So don’t forget to share your video and get those votes.
